Our Home Repair Process
Request
Step 1
Complete this service request form to determine if your project is eligible for our home repair assistance program in Kansas City. This is not an application, but it is the first step in the process.
Once you’ve completed the form, a member of our team will contact you within two weeks to notify you if your project qualifies and to schedule the next step.
Application
Step 2
If your project is deemed eligible for home repair assistance, and funding is available you will be able to complete and application for services. A member of our team will direct you to our application and help answer any questions you may have.
Scope of Work
Step 3
Once your application is approved, a member of our HPP team will contact you to schedule a site visit. We will partner with you, and our list of qualified and trusted contractors to complete a project assessment.
Homeowner Agreement
Step 4
When the scope of work is complete, you will have the opportunity to review and sign a homeowner agreement that contains the project details, timeline, and any relevant fees.
Project Completion and Certification
Step 5
With a signed homeowner agreement in place, our trusted service partners will begin your project. Once they have finished the HPP Team will return to verify all work is completed to our standards and obtain your Certificate of Completion.
