Down Payment Assistance Application
Habitat KC is proud to partner with the Health Forward Foundation and Jackson County, MO to provide an assistance program for qualified homebuyers in the Kansas City metro area. This grant program supports first-time homebuyers and provides up to $10,000 to cover down payment. Unlike a loan, this assistance is a grant and does not need to be paid back.
If you have not submitted a Mortgage Lender Agreement Form, you can request one at dpa@habitatkc.org. Habitat KC will not process any applications until a signed agreement is on file from the lender and loan officer.
