Development Coordinator Part-Time
Part-time: 20-25 hours per week
Primary Team Leader: Senior Director of Development
FLSA Classification: Hourly, Non-Exempt, Eligible for prorated Paid Time Off

Job Summary: The PT Development Coordinator will support the management of the agency database system. Duties include data entry, reporting, donor acknowledgment, as well as general office and clerical work.
Responsibilities:
• Manage the process of entering all donor and gift information accurately
• Maintain donor data entry for gift records and pledges, so that processing, tracking, reporting, and acknowledgment of gifts are performed in an accurate and timely fashion
• Maintain consistent and timely donor gift receipting and donor acknowledgment
• Generate and mail donor acknowledgment letters
• Pull data for mailing lists, solicitations, annual reports, events, and other donor mailings
• Create and generate reports from CRM as needed
• Work with our Finance team on monthly reconciling to ensure all donations are properly accounted for.
• Coordinate data management cleanup plan and process
• Assist with fund development activities as assigned
Qualifications, Education and Experience:
• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
• A minimum of two years of non-profit administrative experience
• Prior experience with Giveffect database preferred
